3-tiered service and maintenance concept

Our xetto® service and maintenance concept offers you ideal support on everything related to our innovative transport and loading device. The concept centers around maximum reliability and fast assistance in the event of a malfunction, along with fixed, predictable costs. Regular FEM 4.004 inspections form the foundation of the program. To satisfy the varying needs of our customers, we developed a three-tiered service concept.

Full-Service

The full service package covers the safety inspection, including reminder service, the annual maintenance, to include materials, and the repair service, including replacement parts. With this package, we ensure optimal operational readiness at a fixed annual amount. Should your xetto® nonetheless experience failure, we guarantee the fastest possible response time and absolute reliability on the repair.

Maintenance service

Your xetto® is in good hands with us when it comes to the annual FEM 4.004 maintenance and safety inspection. The maintenance report documents the compliance with all statutory provisions. Repairs and replacement parts are invoiced commensurate with work performed.

Self-service

The xetto® customer advisor will gladly provide assistance and advice under the self-management program. Maintenance, the safety inspection and repairs are invoiced on a time and material basis.
